Delete your account.
You can request deletion of your Pyniqa account and the personal data associated with it at any time. This page explains how, what gets removed, and what may be kept.
How to request deletion
Email us from the address on your account:
Put “Delete my account” in the subject line and include the email address you use to sign in. We confirm every request before acting on it, so no account is ever removed without a verified request from its owner.
What we delete
On a verified request, we remove the personal data tied to your account, including:
- Your name, email, phone number, and address
- Your account login and profile
- Employment record, pay rate, and schedule history
- Time-clock records and any location recorded at clock-in
- Any photo or document uploaded to your record
- Your device’s notification token
Requests are completed within 30 days.
What may be kept, and why
If you are an employee, some records belong to your employer’s business, not to you alone—for example, records an employer is legally required to retain, such as certain payroll and time records. Where the law requires an employer to keep a record, we retain it for that purpose and no other, and it is removed once the obligation ends.
We never keep data to sell it, advertise against it, or train anything on it. Pyniqa does not do those things.
